We had terrible post Christmas travel issues with our flight cancelled, catching a train from NYC and then car rental issues. So, it was 4 am when we arrived and the guy who checked us in was absolutely the nicest person we met on our trip. I think it was Jeremy… whoever worked Friday 12/26. He really was a bright spot on our trip. The most helpful and nicest person ever!! Thanks for helping us end a rough travel day as comfortable as possible.
Room we're very comfortable. Only stayed one night and left before breakfast. The coffee in the lobby was horrible.
I had a great stay! The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and getting in and out was a breeze. The shower was great, and the shared public area was comfortable too. The only downsides were that the fridge in our room wasn’t very cold even on the max setting, and the free breakfast didn’t have a ton of variety in my opinion. Still, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I’d totally stay here again.
First-time visit to this location. Convenient location for people visiting local hospital. Very near Walmart, Dollar Tree, Chick-A-Fila shopping location. Arrived early afternoon. Warmly greeted with smiling faces. This is a revamped location. Looks excellent. Smooth checkin process. Room was available and ready. Very clean. Breakfast in the lobby area 6a - 10a.
We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn while traveling down the day before Christmas Eve. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Space for a pack 'n play which they also helpfully provided. They even gave us utensils and ketchup packets when Outback didn't give us any! Good hot breakfast the next morning. The whole hotel was clean. They even let my daughter have a wrapped present from under the Christmas tree (it was a 24 piece puzzle).
Great stay. Only negative us the elevators are on slow side. Staff is very congenial. Very clean. Nearby a nice selection of restaurants. Very good value
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Burlington. Our room was clean and comfortable. Sasha at the front desk was great and greeted us with such friendliness after a long drive. Bridgette had the breakfast area very clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in this area.
Miss Sara at the front desk is by far one of the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with!!! She also makes the best cookies I've ever ate. All the staff are great with the guest's. Thank you to everyone for making my stays feel like home !!!
